First Community Economic Development Conference

Titled “Exploring Journeys from Grant Dependence to Independence”, the conference is jointly organised by Community Waitakere, UNITEC, Waitakere City Council and ABCD Asia Pacific Network.
Held at UNITEC’s Waitakere Campus in Auckland, the three conference streams of:
Social Enterprise Development;
Alternative Finance and Investment; and
Community Economic Development,
will address the transitional moments when not-for-profit organisations begin to move from innovation, to enterprise, to long term sustainability.
