Change of circumstances
If the award holder wants to or does change the scope of the project outlined in the application form the we must be notified immediately.
The reasons for a change might include:
- hospitalisation of keynote speaker
- major date clash for an event
- extension to thesis submission deadline
- major illness
- tertiary enrolment discontinued
The SPEaR Secretariat will work through the particular circumstances with the awardee. This may involve rescheduling an event, altering progress payment dates or extending the period of the award. If a suitable variation is not possible, the contract may be suspended or terminated.
