Current funding opportunities

The Centre for Housing Research Aotearoa New Zealand is offering four $3000 research grants to support postgraduate students develop their research skills and interests in housing. The grants will be awarded to encourage research that is consistent with the Centre's research investment priorities.

These scholarship assist students undertaking health and disability studies, in order to build Maori workforce capacity in the health sector. Hauora Maori Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarships are open to any person studying in Maori health and well-being studies. See the website for more details. The application period opens on 3 March and closes on 7 April

There are a range of grants and scholarships available from Waikato University. Masters and Doctorate Awards range from $500 - $30000. Details of criteria and closing dates, along with downloadable application forms are on the website.
